West Seneca Masons teamed up with Friends of the Night to provide food for those struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Masonic Lodge 1111 collected food for Feedmore Western New York with a food drive in Cheektowaga.

Friends of the night also helped out with the drive, focusing on canned fruits, vegetables and protein.

The Masons say their ideals strongly align with the city of buffalo's- making it the perfect pairing.

"One of the tenants we work on as Masons is helping the community and brotherly love, and as you know we're the city of good neighbors here in Buffalo, so I think it marries well,” said Jeremy Hudson with Masonic Lodge 1111. “To be able to make people feel comfortable during this time when so many other things make us uncomfortable, we shouldn't have to worry about eating every day."
