New York started seeing action on some of the governor's State of the State proposals before he even gave the speech. One of the proposals announced in December was a plan to sue if the federal Environmental Protection Agency issued a certification of completion for General Electric's dredging of the Hudson River. Earlier this month, the EPA announced it was delaying a decision and continuing to review the situation. But plenty still remains on the administration's environmental agenda for 2018.
