WNBA superstar Breanna Stewart returned to her roots this weekend to help the basketball players of tomorrow.

She held a basketball camp Sunday at North Syracuse Junior High School — which she used to attend.

There were two sessions, one for younger kids and another for older kids.

Each camper also got a picture and autograph with “Stewie”

She says there's no better place to have her first camp.

"Feels great to be back home, looking back especially the past two years I haven't had the opportunity to be home for the holidays, so now to be here and be able to give back to the community, I'm excited for it," said Stewart.

Each session was $25, with all proceeds going to Vera House.
