A Syracuse teen is injured following a stabbing on the city's west side.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of West Onondaga Street around 5:30 Sunday afternoon, finding a 13-year-old male stabbed in his back. He was transported to a nearby hospital, and his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

The victim told police the incident happened on Richmond avenue, and he went to West Onondaga Street to report the incident. But officers say he isn't cooperating with the investigation at this time.
