With just over three years until Los Angeles hosts the Olympic and Paralympic games, planning for how people will navigate the celebration as they weave through LA traffic is in overdrive.

While Metro has recently launched an ambitious effort of "28 projects completed by the '28 games," the city has also announced a partnership for an air taxi service. And all that preparation is happening as the city faces a projected $1 billion budget deficit.
