Autopsy: 4-Day-Old Baby Stabbed 6 Times in Head

RAEFORD, N.C. - Autopsy reports reveal gruesome details in the tragic death of a four day old and her sister last month.

It shows Genesis Freeman was stabbed six times in the head and had multiple broken bones.         

The report also shows the two year old sister, Serenity Freeman, was stabbed in the neck.        

Fayetteville police say last month their mother called 911 and said she couldn't find her children.

Investigators located the bodies inside a car in a wooded area outside of Raeford after speaking with their father Tillman Freeman III.          

Freeman is charged with two counts of murder.          

He faces the death penalty in this case.
