ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Due to Wednesday's windstorm, RTS officials say detours are in effect and customers can expect delays on Thursday.

Additionally, officials say the normal customer service phones are currently down in Monroe County.

While contact lines are down, RTS urgers customers to call 585-654-0700 or use their online contact form for assistance.

RTS has the following detours in effect as of 9:15 a.m. Thursday:

Route 1 Lake to Greenleaf

Beach Ave/Shorwind Nursing Home is closed. RTS Bus Operators are able to service the nursing home; however, Ling Rd/Greenleaf trips are being detoured from Lake. Buses will turn on Latta; Right onto Greenleaf; Left on Ling Rd, turn around at ice rink and reverse detour.

Route 13 Edison Tech

Lee Rd is closed. RTS Bus Operators will be using Colfax to Emerson.

Route 15 Latta/150 Dewey ROC-It to Dewey Walmart

Buses will detour Dewey Ave, Right on Bennington, Left on Bernard, Right on Dewey.

Route 16 Crosstown

Foodlink is not accessible. The detour is as follows: Outbound from Driving Park, continue on Driving Park; right on Mt. Read; Right on Ridgeway.

Route 23 Jefferson

South Winton at Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd. is closed. From Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road, buses will loop around the Design Center back to Town Line; left on Clay; Left on Jefferson; Right on Saginaw; Left on Jefferson to regular route.

Route 28 Genesee Pk Blvd via West Ave

Lincoln/West Ave is closed. The Detour is as follows: West Ave; Left on Gardiner Park; Right on Chili.

Route 35 St. Paul

There are two detours in effect for Route 35 St.Paul:

1.    St. Paul; Right on Harvington; Left on List; Left on Pinecrest; Right on St. Paul.

2.    St. Paul; Left on Ontario; Left on Oakmount; Left on Eaton; Right on St. Paul.

Route 47 Monroe (Pittsford)

The Pittsford Loop is Not Accessible. Buses will detour Main St.; right on Jefferson; Right on Sutherland; Left on Monroe.

Route 57 East Ave

East Ave./31F is Closed (just before St. John Fisher) and there is no service to Nazareth College. The detour is as follows: From East Ave – right on Ellingwood, right on Overbrook, left on Kilbourn, left on East Ave. to normal inbound route.
