NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. -- The Niagara Falls man accused of stabbing four people during a bar fight Sunday morning pleaded not guilty in court Monday.

Eddie Alnardo Mayo, 35, is charged with four counts of assault and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Around 3 a.m., officers patrolling on Third Street say a woman ran out of the Tap Room bar screaming that someone had just been stabbed.

Officers say a fight had broken out inside the bar and spilled into the street.

The victims were two 25-year-old men and two women, ages 21 and 23.

All were treated at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and are expected to make a full recovery.

The District Attorney's Office says Mayo was previously convicted of manslaughter and gun charges. He will be back in court Friday at 9:30 a.m.
