VICTOR, N.Y. -- The driver that lost control of their vehicle causing a chain reaction crash that injured a tow truck operator along the off-ramp of Exit 45 in Victor has been ticketed for failing to move over and speeding in hazardous conditions.

Troopers say a tow truck had just finished pulling a car from a ditch along the Exit 45 exit ramp, when another car lost control and hit the car that had just been pulled.

That car then hit the truck driver.

He, along with three others were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

State police say the tow truck driver is in stable condition.

The others have non-life threatening injuries.
