The flag had been missing since Memorial Day which is when officials say the 300 pound flag pole was broken and became structurally unsound.Borough President James Oddo issued some criticism for the how long it took to repair the pole but Monday he announced the new pole was installed over the weekend and Monday the American and POW/MIA flags were back in place.
