SAN ANTONIO - Hundreds of people marched through the streets of San Antonio on Friday night, joining other protests across the country.
The group formed outside the Alamo and moved between the Riverwalk and the Alamo.
Officers on bicycles were there to monitor the protesters.
Some were there to protest against President-elect Trump, but the organizers say this wasn't an anti-Trump protest; it was a love rally.
"I wanted to show that San Antonio was not based off of hate like all around. All around the country we see looting, we see violence around the world during the protests, but San Antonio's not about that,” said Tony Luna, a protester.
The protest lasted several hours.
Another protest is planned for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at City Hall.
