CLAY, N.Y. -- Officials have identified the woman killed in the town of Clay crash on Halloween night.
Deputies say 21-year-old Jaimie Bailer of Liverpool was driving on Henry Clay Boulevard when she collided with a box truck head-on.
According to witnesses, Bailer's car crossed into oncoming traffic prior to the crash.
Officials say she was unconscious when crews arrived, and she had to be extricated from her car.
Bailer was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
