NEW YORK - The MTA is making it easier to buy Metro-North or Long Island Rail Road tickets on your phone.
Riders can now use Apple Pay and Masterpass on the e-Tix app.
They can use both services to buy one way, round trip, ten trip, weekly, and monthly passes, along with City Tickets.
Transit officials say they're working on offering mobile payments for subway and bus riders.
