SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. - The police department needs help finding out who is responsible for killing a 12-year-old and hurting a toddler in a drive-by shooting.
The incident happened on West Michigan Avenue.
Officials confirm 12-year-old Jalinda Campbell was shot in the chest and later died.
3-year-old Kyleigh Graham remains in the hospital.
