Authorities have ruled the fire at the Gap Distribution Center in Fishkill was intentionally set.
Despite that ruling, the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives and New York State Police have not released a cause. They did say they are continuing to investigate.
The fire broke out last week in Building 100, a 1 million-square foot facility. All employees made it out safely, but one firefighter suffered a minor injury. More than 600 people work at the warehouse.
Some employees returned to work yesterday when the complex was released back to Gap. Just last week, crews demolished part of the building.
The company is still working with the county and state to figure out a way to get all employees back on the job.
