SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Ride for Missing Children paid a silent tribute to baby Maddox Lawrence. Bicyclists rode on Van Rensselaer Street. That is near the location where authorities located her body in Onondaga Creek.

The state police honor guard and members of her family, including her grandparents were there as riders paid silent tribute to the toddler. Some could be heard saying thank you.

"The ride offers them hope and wraps love around them. They so greatly appreciate the fact that their missing children are not forgotten," said Ed Suk, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Regional Office executive director.

The nearly 100 riders also made a special tribute to Jenni-Lyn Watson. The ride was one of five taking place across the state.
