Three Austin Shelters Team Up for Cat Adoption Campaign

KittyPalooza was the right name to call Saturday’s event which was held at three Austin-area animal shelters.

Austin Animal Center, Austin Pets Alive and Austin Humane Society opened their doors to people looking for a furry companion.

Hundreds of cats and kittens were ready to be adopted throughout these shelters.

During the event, all adoption fees were waived and all adopted cats will be spayed, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

The first 100 people to adopt at Austin Animal Center received a bag of supplies for their new pet.
