Painting with a Twist Hosts Orlando Benefit Night

AUSTIN, Texas — Several businesses in Austin are still paying it forward when it comes to helping the Orlando shooting victims.

Painting with a Twist brings people together to paint, socialize and  drink wine. The South Austin location dedicated two hours to support Orlando victims.

One painter was happy to hear that a team-building event for work turned into supporting a great cause.

"Well I think a lot of victims and family and friends were affected so this is just a small contribution for what we feel needs to be supported,” said customer Angela.

Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to the OneOrlando Fund, a program that has been raising money for victims.

Painting with a Twist hosts a night every month where the proceeds are donated to an organization in need.
