Troy Police Arrest Man in Con­nection with January's Second Avenue Shooting

Troy police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that happened on Second Avenue back in January.

James Johnson, 19, of Troy is facing attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon charges.

Police say back on January 29, Johnson shot a man on Second Avenue.

The man did survive.
