ELMIRA, N.Y. -- The Elmira community will find out what the city has planned for its future.
Officials will be unveiling the draft of their comprehensive Master Plan on Wednesday night.
The goal is help improve the city by examining every aspect of it from downtown development to a change in zoning laws.
Officials said they hope the plan will provide ways to build a community that is better for both residents and its businesses.
The presentation will take place at Community Arts of Elmira on Lake Street, and feature a two hour open house where neighbors can discuss the plan with the design team.
