An Albany man found guilty of murder last month has been sentenced to 22 years to life in prison.
Jaushi'ir Weaver, 18, was convicted in last year's shooting death of Courtney Yates.
He was shot early in the morning on May 5, 2015, in the area of Lark Street and Sheridan Avenue.
Weaver fired into a crowd of people, hitting Yates in the head and killing him.
Two other men are already serving time for the crime. Mark Bowman pleaded guilty to attempted murder last month, and is serving 21 years. Rashad Qintyne is serving 15 years after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
