The NYPD has arrested another 11-year-old in connection with a school bus fire being investigated as a hate crime in Brooklyn.
Investigators say it happened at around 6 p.m. Sunday, when a group of kids ran onto an empty school bus belonging to a Jewish elementary school in Crown Heights, set it on fire and ran off.
It happened near Brooklyn and East New York avenues.
The bus was empty at the time, and no one was hurt.
"He will be questioned with his parents in regards. He was one of the individuals on the bus," said NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce. "We have two that have been arrested, and now, we're looking for four more."
An 11-year-old was arrested earlier this week and is facing hate crime charges, including criminal mischief and arson.
The investigation is ongoing.
