COLUMBUS, Ohio — Saucy Brew Works is ready for its Columbus debut.
The Cleveland-based craft brewery has been prepping a Columbus brewpub for more than a year. The grand opening will be Friday at 443 W. 3rd Ave. in Harrison West.
The brewpub/pizzeria/coffee shop held a preview Wednesday afternoon to give folks the first look at the space.
The Columbus setup includes a small brewing operation that will brew beers exclusive to Columbus, a full restaurant serving New Haven-style pizza and a coffeehouse.
Saucy’s indoor seating includes tables, bar seats, small stadium benches and, for some tables, swings. It has outdoor seating as well.
Guests will be able to enjoy the full menu currently served at the brewery’s flagship location in Cleveland, and a new breakfast menu in the coming weeks created specifically for the Columbus audience.
Orders can be placed via the Saucy Brew Works app (available for iPhone and Android) to ensure contactless ordering in both the pub and coffeehouse. Customers will receive $5 off their first order when they download the app and create an account.
Saucy Coffee offerings include a single-origin house roast, pour overs, espresso and a specialty menu inspired by Saucy beers.
Brewpub hours will be Sunday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. The coffeehouse will be open Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A small menu of Saucy Coffee drinks will available in the brewpub during all open hours, while the coffee shop space will serve as a carryout in the evenings for those guests who want to quickly pick up beer-to-go.
