A former teacher at a Brooklyn high school pleads sexual harassment charges.

Sean Shaynak, who previously taught math and science at Brooklyn Technical High School, will serve five years behind bars followed by five years of post-release supervision.

Shaynak was found guilty of sexually abusing six female students between the years of 2011 and 2014.

Among the charges he pleaded guilty to was second-degree kidnapping.

Officials say Shaynak must now register as a sex offender and will not be allowed to teach again.

He was hired in 2009, and had a prior criminal record of assaulting a minor.
