Cyclist Struck, Killed by Truck in South Austin

AUSTIN, Texas -- A deadly car crash involving a bike rider tied up traffic on Brodie Lane Tuesday.

The driver was headed northbound on Brodie when his pick-up struck the cyclist.

Austin Travis County EMS performed CPR on the bike rider, a man in his 50s, but he died at the scene.

Police are still investigating.
