BUFFALO, N.Y. - A South Buffalo Staple has re-opened with new owners, but the atmosphere is still the same for patrons.

Doc Sullivan's restaurant and bar has been operating in South Buffalo for 16 years. It closed down just a few months ago. The new owners came in, did some upgrades, and are now celebrating the re-opening.

One of the owners says although they made some changes it was important that they didn't change too much about the place.

"People love it. They love that we kept it the same old pub, but they like the new TVs and the new remodeled bathrooms,” says Justin Steinwandel. “It needed it. It had its time. It had a great run and now we are just trying to bring it up to the next level."

Some of the changes include the addition of 12 TVs.
