Dark Matter Scream Works in Henrietta Offers Thrills, Chills For the Whole Family

HENRIETTA, N.Y. -- If you're a fan of Halloween, Dark Matter Scream Works in Henrietta is offering two haunted houses for the price of one.

Among the thrills and chills available, the attraction features a 3D experience and a tour through the Crimson Grove Asylum. Who wouldn't want to shoot paintballs at zombies? One of the organizers says his whole family helps look on Craigslist for all the items.

"We enjoy the whole thing. We enjoy the adrenaline rush, when we're scaring people. The smiles on their faces when they come out. That's what drives us right there is making people have a good time," said Joseph Naber, event organizer.

Dark Matter Scream Works is open only on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a few Sundays until Halloween.
