An investigation is underway after a 24-year-old man was shot and killed in the Bronx Saturday.
Police released surveillance video that appears to show the shooter get out of a vehicle around 4:30 a.m., shoot 24-year-old Francisco Rodriguez, then get back in the vehicle and drive away.
Police say they found Rodriguez in front of an IHOP near Bruckner Boulevard and White Plains Road in Soundview with gunshot wounds to the torso and left wrist.
"We saw the cab stop there in front of the IHOP, and then two people came out, and another car stopped and just came out and shoot a guy on the sidewalk," said the manager of the IHOP.
The victim was pronounced dead at Jacobi Hospital.
So far, no arrests have been made.
