A man in North Carolina got a slithering surprise this week when he spotted an ambitious snake pulling a large catfish out of the water for a tasty meal.
Jason Dickerson posted a video of Mother Nature's food chain in action on Monday, and the YouTupe clip has already netted more than 30,000 views.
The video was shot at the Falls Lake State Recreation Area in Wake Forest.
Tim Cole with Conservation by Education told TWC News that the the critter appears to be a harmless Northern Water Snake.
