ONEIDA, N.Y. -- A 10-year-old girl seriously injured in Sunday night's crash in Oneida has now died.

Kelsey Caswell-Young was in the car with her mother and younger brother less than a half a mile away from their home on Fairview Avenue, when they crashed.

Police say 31-year-old Ellen Caswell was traveling westbound when she swerved into the other lane and back.  She went off the road and hit a utility pole causing the vehicle to flip over.

Ellen Caswell was pronounced dead at the scene. Kelsey Caswell-Young passed away Monday. Her 5-year-old brother was uninjured.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
