Authorities have updated the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list to include Michael Thomas Osborn, a man who they say removed his ankle monitor while on bond for two Harris County charges of indecency with a child.
Osborn, 46, was last known to be traveling in a black 2007 Ford Expedition with Texas license plates. He has ties to the Houston area, particularly Deer Park -- the city of his last known address. Osborn also has ties to the states of Louisiana and Florida, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
DPS officials say his criminal history includes possession of child pornography, aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Osborn was described as being 6 feet tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm and left ankle and has scars on his left leg and above his left eye.
