ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. - Rockingham County sheriff's deputies are charging a Ruffin man with indecent exposure.
Officials say 26 year-old Jeremy Hargrove exposed himself to six women at Rockingham Community College.
They say the incidents happened between March and April.
Deputies booked him at the Rockingham County jail under a $500,000 bond.
