NATIONWIDE -- JetBlue flights just got a bit more costly.
The company introduced a new fare structure on Tuesday that puts an end to free checked baggage for people who buy the lowest fare level tickets.
Passengers who buy the "Blue" fares will have to add an extra $25 to check a bag at the ticket counter. And it's $20 if you pay online or at a kiosk.
For travelers who spring for the more expensive "Blue Plus" fares, one checked bag is included and a third higher-priced tier, allows passengers to bring two checked bags at no additional cost.
JetBlue's move means Southwest is now the only major airline that doesn't charge for bags.
