Looking for a dog walker? A new app called Wag can help.
Right now, the company has about 75 walkers to serve Brooklyn and Manhattan, but plans to expand into the other boroughs.
The service costs $20 for a 30-minute walk with a portion of the profits going to charity.
"Ten cents of each mile that's walked is donated to the Best Friends Animal Society, charity which is really awesome, they fund a bunch of no kill shelters across the United States,” said Matthew Kizle, Wag NYC Manager.
“We provide a very personalized service so that the customer or the dog owner knows that their dog is going to be safe,” he added.
Owners receive a report after every walk to let them know about their dog and can watch the walk via GPS.
Wag is already running in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
