SALISBURY, N.C. -- Police released the name of a man found dead in a car on Saturday morning.
Police said he is Miguel Urrutia, 24, of Salisbury.
He was found shot to death inside a black Chrysler 200 at old Mocksville and Hawkinstown Roads.
Witnesses told police a second person was seen getting out of the car and getting into another one before leaving the scene.
