RALEIGH, N.C. — Preparations for the 2020 N.C. State Fair are still underway, but officials say they’re monitoring all guidelines coming out from the CDC and the NCDHHS.

While official plans have not been set, it is possible the fair may continue this year.

In a statement to Spectrum News Tuesday, officials said, “There will come a time when a final decision will need to be made, but we aren’t there yet.”

In the meantime, Fair Fun Food Drive-Thru Weekends are still taking place.
