HOPE MILLS, N.C. - A Cumberland County family needs help finding 39-year-old Tabitha Goins.

Investigators said her boyfriend was the last person to see her at his house on Highway 87 in Hope Mills on November 21. Loved ones spent Thursday searching for her in the area and in the woods where deputies found her glasses and her knife. 

 

Tabitha is described as a white female, 5-feet-3, having brown hair and brown eyes and weighing 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up jacket, black leggings, and orange Nike Air Max shoes.

"We have to hope for the best and pray for the worst," her father, Frank Eason said. "I want to believe she's OK, and I'm not going to believe different until we find out different you know?"
