RALEIGH, N.C. -- The City of Raleigh is nearing an agreement that would allow an anti-abortion group to move next door to a local women's clinic.

City of officials say there is not yet an official settlement, but they have agreed upon terms that would allow for Hand of Hope Pregnancy Resource Center to move next to Preferred Women's Health Center, a clinic that provides abortion services.

Hand of Hope filed a suit after city council denied a rezoning it needed to move into a house next to the clinic. According to the settlement terms, the City of Raleigh will pay Hand of Hope $25,000 after the suit is dismissed.

The organization has agreed to not allow protesters on its site.
