WAKE COUNTY, N.C. -- A man who investigators say drove his girlfriend's kids to a drug deal before killing someone is expect in court Tuesday.
- One of the children was a 1 year old, the other was just 2 weeks old
- Wake County Sheriff's Office says James Hooker shot Michael Farrington on Arrowhead Drive in Apex on Monday evening
- Hooker faces a murder charge and two counts of child abuse
One of the children was a 1 year old, the other was just 2 weeks old.
Wake County Sheriff's Office says James Hooker shot Michael Farrington on Arrowhead Drive in Apex on Monday evening.
Witnesses told investigators the two men got into an argument before Hooker pulled the trigger.
Farrington later died at the hospital.
Hooker not only faces a murder charge and two counts of child abuse.
