HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. -- A triple homicide investigation is underway in Sanford after an infant and two adults were found dead.

Harnett County Sheriff Wayne Coats says they were found inside their home at 149 Forest Manor Drive Friday evening. Officials identified the adult victims as 22-year-old Jocelyn Perkins and 20-year-old Jasmine Perkins who are sisters.

A search is currently underway for Kareem Daquan Taylor, 24, who has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Officials say the infant's parents are Jocelyn and the suspect.

A person outside the home called the authorities just before 6:30 p.m.

"I think that's the time it came in that someone found a deceased body. We got here and got inside and found in two adults and one minor that are deceased. There is another minor that survived," he said.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 910-893-9111
