NORTH CAROLINA – There’s now more drama in the 9th district congressional race -- with the state Republican Party calling out the State Board of Elections and Ethics Enforcement.

The party says the board should immediately hold its hearing into the results of the race, or certify Republican candidate Mark Harris as the winner.
The board says it will hold its public hearing into the investigation on January 11, which is after the new congress is sworn in.
Recently, the NCGOP said they would support a new election if the election fraud allegations are proven to be true.
