RALEIGH, N.C. -- Earlier this year, a Raleigh woman gave more than 100 homeless people a camera and asked them them to document their life, sharing with it their stories.

  • The 'Through Our Eyes Project' began in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
  • Raleigh is the second city to complete the project
  • The photos and stories are on display at the contemporary art museum now through the end of December

The projects have been such a success and the results are on display until the end of the year.

During the week these photographers had their cameras , Hurricane Florence hit North Carolina.
