The Board of Governors previously instructed the Board of Trustees to come to a conclusion by November 15.
The Board of Trustees said they need more time for the decision, so the Board of Governors has pushed back the deadline to a later date.
Board of Governors Chair Harry Smith said the new deadline will be before their next meeting on December 14.
