NORTH CAROLINA -- A new study from County Health Rankings reveals the healthiest and not-so healthiest counties in North Carolina.

Wake County ranked number 1 on the list, while Mecklenburg County ranked number 5, New Hanover County ranked number 12 and Guilford County ranked number 20.

The worst ranked county was Robeson, coming in at 100.

Each county was measure by health outcomes, length of life, quality of life, health factors and behaviors, clinical care, social and economic factors and physical environment.
