NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. -- With more than 700 foster children in New Hanover County alone, there's a great need for supplies for foster families.

• The Foster Pantry gives donated clothing and other necessities to foster families throughout New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties
• Right now, The Foster Pantry is only accepting donations of money and brand new clothing

When you're about to receive a foster child, you usually have little notice and little time to prepare.

The pantry gives donated clothing and other necessities to foster families throughout New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties.

Since the pantry started helping foster families they've served about 140 families.

Right now, The Foster Pantry is only accepting donations of money and brand new clothing.
