JACKSONVILLE, N.C. -- Children in Jacksonville have a new place to play this winter.

  • Admission is $8 for adults and children over 12 months old

The Zing Zumm Children's Museum opens its door this weekend.

The non-profit project, 13 years in the making, is designed to help children learn, play and explore, all while interacting with their parents.

 

 

It is open in downtown on New Bridge Street and run by two retired teachers.

The museum features a vet-office, grocery store, pizzeria bakery, and more!

Admission is $8 for adults and children over 12 months old.
