CHARLOTTE, N.C. — People here in North Carolina are finding ways to honor and remember Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's life.

Some came together for a vigil at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center Sunday night. It included memorial displays and people lit candles while sharing memories of what the late Supreme Court justice meant to them.

“Her strength has helped us all and increased our resolve and strengthened our fight whereas it was fearful. Now, I feel like a little bit of Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in all of us and her fight will continue on,” Carolyn Everly with Invisible NC District 9 said.

This was just one of many vigils held across the country to honor justice Ginsburg's legacy.
