RALEIGH, N.C. -- Anticipation is high for yet another Dreamville Festival.

Tickets are set to go on sale Wednesday afternoon. The event, hosted by Fayetteville-native rapper J. Cole, will once again be held at Dorothea Dix Park the first weekend in April next year.

The first festival brought out almost 40,000 people from across the country and made an almost $4 million economic impact in the area. City officials say they did not have to spend a dime to hold the festival and even got support from the organizers.

“Dreamville Foundation made a $30,000 donation to the Dix Park Conservancy which goes back into feeding programs and events at the park and the future construction at the park. There’s an intent of the festival in 2020 also making a donation back to the conservancy as well,” Dorothea Dix Park program supervisor Joey Voska said.

The lineup for the 2020 festival has not yet been announced.  This year's event included Nelly, 21 Savage, Teyana Taylor, SZA, and of course J.Cole.
