NORTH CAROLINA -- Some NASCAR teams are using race weekend to honor fallen Mooresville officer Jordan Sheldon.
They've placed a decal on their cars in tribute to him.
One of those teams is the Mooresville-based number 16 truck, driven by Austin Hill of Hattori Racing Enterprises.
Sheldon's K-9 partner, Ramon, also got to visit the garage at the speedway on Friday.
He's now cared for by another Mooresville K-9 officer.
