CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police are looking for a suspect after an overnight shooting in north Charlotte.

They say two people got in a fight at an apartment building on Mossburn Road just after 2 a.m. That fight ended outside when the shooting occurred.

Police say the suspect and victim know each other.

The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but they are expected to be okay.
